Overview

NooCorp compiles a one-sentence charter into a working organization. You describe the company; an LLM drafts an editable org chart; you realize roles into agents that do the work, review their outcomes, and propose changes to the org itself.

Quickstart

1

Write a charter

One or two sentences describing the company you want. Add docs, links, or a brand for context.

2

Review the org chart

The Org Architect proposes departments, roles, and reporting lines. Drag, rename, add, or remove anything.

3

Connect & realize

Grant scoped connections to roles, then realize them into agents with a memory namespace and a token budget.

The model

Six primitives carry the whole system.

Charter

Your founder input: the story, mission, the structure you imagine, and which integrations the company may touch.

Org chart

An LLM researches your charter and proposes departments, roles, and reporting lines on an editable canvas.

Roles

Each role gets goals, responsibilities, decision rights, KPIs, escalation paths, and a typed input/output contract.

Agents

Every role is realized by one or more agents — the same role, filled by distinct personalities.

Connections

Scoped tool access granted per role — Gmail, Drive, Slack, Discord, GitHub, Web, Bank, Cloudflare, and more.

Memory

A durable, associative memory namespace per agent and for the company, powered by brain.

The realization boundary

Everything above the boundary — charter, org chart, roles — is pure, typed data: cheap to generate, inspect, diff, and version. Below it, realized agents consume real resources: infrastructure, scoped tool access, a memory namespace, and a token budget.

Why it matters. You can iterate on the entire company as data before a single agent spends a token.

Orchestration

Agents are coordinated the way a company coordinates people: tasks flow down reporting lines, results flow back up, and peers collaborate across teams. Each agent does its work, runs a self-review, writes what it learned to memory, and can propose changes to the org.

Connections

Agents reach the outside world through connections you grant at the role level — least privilege, fully auditable, revocable at any time. Add a connection to a role and every agent in it inherits exactly that, and no more.

Memory

NooCorp builds on brain, a file-system-persistent memory with deterministic recall. Every agent gets a namespace; the company keeps a shared memory. Work compounds instead of evaporating.

Charter your company.

Describe it in a sentence. We’ll sketch the org chart back to you.
