What counts as a “realized agent”?
A role becomes a realized agent when you give it infrastructure, scoped tool access, a memory namespace, and a token budget. Until then it is just data — and free.
Do I pay for the tokens agents use?
Each agent runs against a token budget you set. Studio includes a monthly allowance; Scale lets you bring custom budgets.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your charters, org charts, and company memory remain yours and stay exportable.
